I am a nutrition advisor specialising in the Low Carb and Ketogenic Way of Eating. I am a trainee Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. It is my mission to help people find health, vitality and well-being, through real food and a low carb, high fat (LCHF) and a Ketogenic way of eating.

I have reduced 4 Stone ( 56lbs / 25kgs)

In April 2017 I was 53 years old at my heaviest weight and had no intention of going on a diet. I believed I had no will power and couldn't make changes. I suffered with migraines.
