Dr Zoë Harcombe 

talks about how the real food revolution needs to be a bottom - up revolution because it doesn't seem that there will be a top down revolution. She talks about the correlations between the mistakes made with the Eat Well Plate in the 80s and the Covid laws of the 20s.

Dr Zoë focuses on real food food rather than low carb but says that the nature of real food is that it is low carb
