Claire’s Top Tips

  1. If you are doing keto and not getting the results – Get rid of the greens, the nut and other food intolerances – consider keto carnivore for a while.
  2. Don’t fast when going through the menopause transition – gp back to it when it feels effortless and you are less stressed.
  3. Stress is behind all symptoms – stress will stop you making your natural hormones.
