Do I have to purchase products?

No – I am not selling any products. You will be eating real food. You might decide to buy some different foods from any supermarket or health food shop.

What if I am a vegan?

This way of eating is very suitable for vegans, however I focus a lot on meat, fish, eggs and cheese as proteins. You will need to source your proteins.

Do I have to be available to watch the videos live?

No, all the videos will be recorded and you can watch them in your own time.

Do I have to be a woman?

No, I work with men both in one to ones and in my groups. I focus on helping women because they often have more hormonal issues.

What if I am Type 2 diabetic?

What I teach is fantastic to help Type 2 diabetics balance their blood sugars. However if you are Type 2 diabetic on medication you will need schedule appointments with your doctor as you may need to alter your medication quite quickly.

How soon will I notice changes?

If you follow the plan you can notice changes quite quickly. Often within a few weeks. For some people it can even be days.

When does the course start?

We officially start on 13th June 2020 however the Facebook group will open the week before.
