Kent Bray
Kent Bray Says:
I was raised in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia. I left school and obtained a Law degree. During this time I played for Australia under 21 in rugby. I practised Law for 18 months. It was not for me.
I then got a scholarship to Oxford University. I played in the Varsity Match. I played and coached at Harlequins rugby club in London. I then had a 22 year career in the City in London, spending 18 years at Citibank rising to the level of Director.
I semi-retired just prior to my 50th birthday. I entered a rehabilitation centre 2 years later in 2016, weighing 10 stone. I was a raging cocaine addict. I am now approaching 8 years clean and sober. I am currently a healthy 14 1/2 stone present and available dad to my 2 children. I am now a Therapeutic Counsellor and Mentor. I am eternally grateful to be alive, and to be living.

Kent’s Top Tips
- You are not responsible for things that happen to you in your childhood, you are responsible for your own recovery.
- If nothing changes, nothing changes – in reality if nothing changes, things get worse.
- You are worthy, you are worthy of recovery, you are worthy of change, you are worthy of good health.
