Dr Kevin’s Top Tips
- Forgive yourself – how hard do you want to be on yourself – progress not perfection.
- Spoil your appetite – Eat before you go to a party – you will be less tempted with the higher carb foods.
- Obesity or being overweight, having excess body fat, is not about calories or portions. It is about food quality and body types and hormones and your body’s hormonal response to food.
