About Rosemary Laberee

 Rosemary has successfully reversed osteoporosis – in her 60s – by lifting, jumping and adhering to a very low carb, nutrient-dense, high protein/high fat diet. She brought every major metabolic marker into a superb range in the process. Her husband and four young adult kids urged Ro to take her story to Instagram. There, she is advising other women how to return their bodies to factory settings with proper movement and nutrition. Ro has a background in business, a master’s in health sciences, and just retired from her third career in a nationally recognized research institute. She takes special pleasure in helping other women understand that the principles of bone renewal – and of overall vitality and longevity – are simple.   4. Fall in love with the process, not just the result — craving stronger bones without embracing the hard work guarantees disappointment.
  5. What happens in the kitchen matters more than the hour in the gym — plan your meals in advance so you’re not making decisions (and bad choices) in the moment.
  6. Don’t buy into the belief that osteoporosis can’t be reversed — that’s a scarcity mindset, not science.
